West Ham United will face either Denmark side Viborg or Faroese outfit B36 Torshen in the Europa Conference League play-off round.
Viborg finished seventh in last year’s Superliga – their first season in the Danish top flight – while B36 Torschen won the 2021 Faroe Islands Cup to qualify.
The first leg will be played at the London Stadium on 18 August, followed by a return a week later. The winner will enter the group stage of 32 teams.
West Ham qualified for the Conference League after finishing seventh in the Premier League, being overtaken by Manchester United on the Europa League spot on the final day of the season.
